Whitney Houston‘s incomparable voice will make a comeback in a new album of live performances from throughout her illustrious career.
Music mogul Clive Davis announced the live album Tuesday, describing the “I Will Always Love You” singer, who died in February 2012, as “the greatest vocalist in the world.”
“It was a marvel that she was as powerful and incredible that she was, but bittersweet that she died too young,” Davis said on Today during an interview with host Hoda Kotb.

Smith performed the cover on radio program SiriusXM Hits 1, which posted the video over the weekend to much fanfare, causing his rendition to become a Facebook trending topic well into Monday. The video is nearing 1 million YouTube views as of Monday morning.
